As we all know, laser printer printing needs to go through charging, exposure, transfer, and finally fix the image on the medium. At present, thermal fixing is generally used. Different from the traditional fixing roller heating method, the upper roller assembly of the ceramic directional heating method uses a thin film (fixing film) with a thickness of less than 0.1mm to replace the original aluminum-based upper roller, and its rotation is also obtained by the friction of the lower roller . advantages such as length. Ceramic chip heaters consist of a high thermal conductivity ceramic substrate with a heating circuit printed on it and a protective glass glaze. Some laser printers also solidify the thermal sensing element on the ceramic heater, such as HP6L and so on.
