A digital torque sensor is a sensor device used to measure and monitor torque (moment). It can convert the torque exerted by the object into an electrical signal output and provide digital torque measurement results. A digital torque sensor typically consists of a torque sensor element, signal conditioning circuitry, and a digital interface. The torque sensor element is the core part of the sensor, which can be designed based on the principles of strain gauge, electromagnetic induction or capacitive induction. When the object exerts torque, the sensor element will sense the corresponding deformation or electromagnetic signal, and convert it into an electrical signal output. Signal conditioning circuits process and amplify these electrical signals to ensure accurate measurement and transmission. Finally, the digital interface transmits the converted torque value in digital form to the connected device or system. The digital torque sensor has the characteristics of high precision, high stability and reliability, and is widely used in the fields of industry, scientific research, automation and quality control. They can be used to measure the output torque of rotating equipment, monitor the tightening torque of bolts or nuts, check the efficiency of torque transmission and rotating systems, etc. Digital torque measurement results make data processing and analysis more convenient and accurate, and help to improve the quality and efficiency of the production process.
