A welded circular saw blade is a circular saw blade that uses carbide or diamond as the saw tooth material and fixes the saw teeth to the saw blade base through high-temperature brazing. Welded circular saw blades have the advantages of wear resistance, heat resistance, and sharpness, and are suitable for cutting wood, metal, stone and other materials. The welding process of welding circular saw blades includes the following steps: Cleaning: Clean the saw blade base and saw tooth surface to remove dust and oil to ensure welding quality. Coating: Apply silver brazing flux on the joint surface of the saw blade base and saw teeth to promote the melting and flow of the solder piece and eliminate oxides. Heating: Put the saw blade base and saw teeth into a high-frequency induction welder and heat them to the set welding temperature, so that the welding piece melts and fills the gap between the saw blade base and saw teeth to form a strong weld. Insulation: After reaching the welding temperature, keep it for a certain time to enhance the wettability and fluidity of the welding piece and ensure the welding strength. Cooling: Stop heating and allow the saw blade to cool naturally to reduce welding thermal stress and prevent saw tooth cracks and chipping. Tempering: In order to reduce the hardness of the saw blade base and improve the sharpness of the saw teeth, the saw blade is heated again to a certain temperature and then cooled naturally to eliminate welding residual stress and improve the performance of the saw blade.

Cooling: Stop heating and allow the saw blade to cool naturally to reduce welding thermal stress and prevent saw tooth cracks and chipping. Tempering: In order to reduce the hardness of the saw blade base and improve the sharpness of the saw teeth, the saw blade is heated again to a certain temperature and then cooled naturally to eliminate welding residual stress and improve the performance of the saw blade.
