Nickel Iron Magnetics Powder Core in this report refers to two kinds of Magnetics Powder Core, named Magnetics Molypermalloy Powder (MPP) and High Flux. Magnetics Molypermalloy Powder (MPP) cores are distributed air gap cores made from a 79% Nickel, 17% Iron, and 4% Molybdenum alloy powder for the lowest core losses of any powder core material. MPP cores offer the lowest core losses of any powder cores, making them ideally suited for flyback transformers, Buck/Boost and Power Factor Correction Inductors. The distributed air gap of an MPP core minimizes stray magnetic fields and eliminates gap loss problems associated with gapped ferrite cores. MPP cores are the ideal choice where high Q and high inductance stability under adverse magnetic and environmental conditions are needed such as In-line Noise Filters, High Q filters and Resonant Circuits. Magnetics High Flux cores are distributed air gap cores made from a 50% Nickel and 50% Iron alloy powder for the highest available biasing capability of any powder core material. High Flux Powder Cores are naturally suited for the energy storage filter inductors used in switch-mode power supplies. The 15,000 gauss saturation level of High Flux cores provides a higher energy storage capability than can be obtained with gapped ferrites or powdered iron cores of the same size and effective permeability.

MPP cores offer the lowest core losses of any powder cores, making them ideally suited for flyback transformers, Buck/Boost and Power Factor Correction Inductors. The distributed air gap of an MPP core minimizes stray magnetic fields and eliminates gap loss problems associated with gapped ferrite cores. MPP cores are the ideal choice where high Q and high inductance stability under adverse magnetic and environmental conditions are needed such as In-line Noise Filters, High Q filters and Resonant Circuits. Magnetics High Flux cores are distributed air gap cores made from a 50% Nickel and 50% Iron alloy powder for the highest available biasing capability of any powder core material. High Flux Powder Cores are naturally suited for the energy storage filter inductors used in switch-mode power supplies. The 15,000 gauss saturation level of High Flux cores provides a higher energy storage capability than can be obtained with gapped ferrites or powdered iron cores of the same size and effective permeability.

Nickel Iron Magnetics Powder Core in this report refers to two kinds of Magnetics Powder Core, named Magnetics Molypermalloy Powder (MPP) and High Flux. Magnetics Molypermalloy Powder (MPP) cores are distributed air gap cores made from a 79% Nickel, 17% Iron, and 4% Molybdenum alloy powder for the lowest core losses of any powder core material. MPP cores offer the lowest core losses of any powder cores, making them ideally suited for flyback transformers, Buck/Boost and Power Factor Correction Inductors. The distributed air gap of an MPP core minimizes stray magnetic fields and eliminates gap loss problems associated with gapped ferrite cores. MPP cores are the ideal choice where high Q and high inductance stability under adverse magnetic and environmental conditions are needed such as In-line Noise Filters, High Q filters and Resonant Circuits. Magnetics High Flux cores are distributed air gap cores made from a 50% Nickel and 50% Iron alloy powder for the highest available biasing capability of any powder core material. High Flux Powder Cores are naturally suited for the energy storage filter inductors used in switch-mode power supplies. The 15,000 gauss saturation level of High Flux cores provides a higher energy storage capability than can be obtained with gapped ferrites or powdered iron cores of the same size and effective permeability.
