Description

The 75Kw chassis dynamometer is an indoor bench test equipment used to test the performance of automobile power, multi-condition emission indicators, fuel indicators and other performance. The equipment power reaches 75Kw, which is suitable for automobile performance testing needs within a certain range. The road surface is simulated by a roller, the road simulation equation is calculated, and the loading device is used for simulation to achieve accurate simulation of various working conditions of the car. When the car driving wheel drives the dynamometer drum and eddy current brake rotor to rotate, due to the change of magnetic flux density, eddy currents are generated on the rotor surface. The interaction between the eddy currents and the magnetic field produces a reverse braking torque, which is measured and converted into the torque and power of the driving wheel. The driving power, transmission system resistance and driving wheel fuel consumption of the car at various speeds can be measured. By changing the load of the dynamometer, various driving resistances can be simulated, such as air resistance, non-driving wheel rolling resistance, climbing resistance, etc. It can not only be used for loading and debugging of the car, but also for diagnosing faults that occur under load conditions.

The 75Kw chassis dynamometer is an indoor bench test equipment used to test the performance of automobile power, multi-condition emission indicators, fuel indicators and other performance. The equipment power reaches 75Kw, which is suitable for automobile performance testing needs within a certain range. The road surface is simulated by a roller, the road simulation equation is calculated, and the loading device is used for simulation to achieve accurate simulation of various working conditions of the car. When the car driving wheel drives the dynamometer drum and eddy current brake rotor to rotate, due to the change of magnetic flux density, eddy currents are generated on the rotor surface. The interaction between the eddy currents and the magnetic field produces a reverse braking torque, which is measured and converted into the torque and power of the driving wheel. The driving power, transmission system resistance and driving wheel fuel consumption of the car at various speeds can be measured. By changing the load of the dynamometer, various driving resistances can be simulated, such as air resistance, non-driving wheel rolling resistance, climbing resistance, etc. It can not only be used for loading and debugging of the car, but also for diagnosing faults that occur under load conditions.
