According To This Structure, It Is Possible To Provide A Quartz Jig That Supports The Immersion Jig In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Apparatus While Suppressing The Generation Of Particles, And A Semiconductor Manufacturing Apparatus Including The Quartz Jig
