Liquid polybutadiene rubber is obtained by polymerizing butadiene as a monomer and is widely used in resin modifiers, additives, adhesives, water-based coatings, electrophoretic coatings, electrical insulation materials, sintering adhesives, etc. On the basis that traditional copper-clad laminates require liquid rubber to have high purity, low water absorption and good mechanical properties, 5G copper-clad laminates require liquid rubber to have high peel strength, low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and good weather resistance. As a 5G industry as a key component in the industry, the copper-clad laminate market will usher in explosive growth. The performance improvement of copper-clad laminates depends largely on the selection of liquid rubber types.
