Description

Ethylene cracking furnace tubes are special pipes used to crack raw materials (such as naphtha or ethane) in cracking furnaces, which are key equipment in the ethylene production process. These pipes crack hydrocarbon raw materials into light olefins such as ethylene and propylene at extremely high temperatures (usually 800-900°C). Due to the extremely harsh operating environment, cracking furnace tubes are usually made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy materials to ensure long life and stable performance under harsh conditions such as high temperature, oxidation, and carbon accumulation.
