Electronic grade methyl ethyl ketone is a high purity organic compound with important applications in the electronics industry. Due to its excellent solubility and drying characteristics, electronic grade methyl ethyl ketone is widely used in processes such as cleaning of electronic components and dissolving and removing photoresists. Its solubility is comparable to that of acetone, but it has the advantages of a higher boiling point and lower vapor pressure, making it more widely used in the electronics industry. In the integrated circuit manufacturing process, electronic grade methyl ethyl ketone can be used as a developer after photolithography to help remove the parts not covered by the photoresist and form precise circuit patterns.

In the integrated circuit manufacturing process, electronic grade methyl ethyl ketone can be used as a developer after photolithography to help remove the parts not covered by the photoresist and form precise circuit patterns.
