Description
Oscillating heat pipe (OHP) is a new type of efficient heat transfer element. It is formed by multiple channels formed by multiple bends of a thin tube. It is filled with a certain amount of working fluid in a vacuum state to connect the heat source and heat sink. Its working principle is based on the fact that the working fluid is heated in the heating section to generate bubbles, forming a pressure difference, which drives the working fluid to flow and oscillate in the thin tube, thereby achieving heat transfer.
