Bellows technology is a technology that uses compressed gas as a power source, and through the contraction and expansion of the bellows, the liquid in the bellows is transported. Bellows pumps have the following characteristics in high-purity applications: Bellows have good elasticity, which can effectively reduce liquid fluctuations and pulsations, and improve flow stability. Manufactured from high-purity materials, completely metal-free, avoiding the risk of liquid contamination. The bellows is compact in design, takes up little space, and is convenient for installation and maintenance. High Purity Bellows Pumps are used to manufacture semiconductors, photovoltaic solar cells, LEDs, flat-panel displays and electronics. These high-purity chemical pumps feature PTFE and PFA fluid paths.
