In the production and manufacturing of lithium batteries, if the moisture cannot be handled well, the water in the battery will be flammable and explosive, posing a great threat to the safety of the battery and the whole vehicle. Therefore, dehydration becomes a key point in the manufacturing process of power batteries.

According to existing technologies, attached moisture and adsorbed moisture are relatively easy to drain. The most difficult to absorb is combined moisture, also known as crystal water. It needs to be adsorbed by high temperature in a high vacuum state. The higher the temperature and the higher the vacuum degree, the higher the drying efficiency. According to existing technologies, attached moisture and adsorbed moisture are relatively easy to drain. The most difficult to absorb is combined moisture, also known as crystal water.
