DIP/SMD/SOP Packaged Thyristor Optocoupler is a common component in the electronics industry. It combines the functions of infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and bidirectional thyristors (SCRs) to achieve electrical isolation and signal transmission between input and output, provide electrical isolation between input and output, can efficiently transmit and control high-power, high-voltage electrical signals, improve product stability and reliability, and extend service life. It has a wide range of applications in industrial control, power electronics, medical equipment, automotive electronics, and communication equipment.
DIP (Dual Inline Package) has pins extending from both sides of the package body, which is convenient for direct insertion into the socket of the printed circuit board (PCB). It has a stable structure, is easy to plug in, and has good heat dissipation performance. SMD (Surface Mounted Device) has pins or pads directly attached to the bottom of the package body, which is convenient for fixing on the PCB by welding. It is small in size, high in density, and easy to automate production. SOP (Small Outline Package) is a package between DIP and SMD. Its pins extend from both sides of the package body. It has a moderate size, small pin spacing, and is easy to install.
