Production process chillers are indispensable key equipment in industrial production, used to provide stable low-temperature cooling water to meet various process requirements. This type of chiller is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, plastic molding and electronic manufacturing to ensure the stability of production processes and product quality. Based on the refrigeration cycle, heat exchange is completed through four main components: compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator. The compressor compresses the refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which becomes liquid after entering the condenser to dissipate heat; the liquid refrigerant is reduced in pressure and temperature by the expansion valve, absorbs heat in the evaporator and evaporates into gas, thereby achieving a cooling effect. The cooled water is pumped to each production link to take away the heat generated in the process.

Production process chillers are indispensable key equipment in industrial production, used to provide stable low-temperature cooling water to meet various process requirements. This type of chiller is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, plastic molding and electronic manufacturing to ensure the stability of production processes and product quality. Based on the refrigeration cycle, heat exchange is completed through four main components: compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator. The compressor compresses the refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which becomes liquid after entering the condenser to dissipate heat; the liquid refrigerant is reduced in pressure and temperature by the expansion valve, absorbs heat in the evaporator and evaporates into gas, thereby achieving a cooling effect. The cooled water is pumped to each production link to take away the heat generated in the process.
