Description

Thermal spraying technology is a method of using a certain heat source to heat the thermal spray material to melt or semi-melt, and atomize it through flame flow or external high-speed airflow, and then spray it onto the surface of the substrate (workpiece) to combine with the substrate to form a certain functional coating. Thermal spraying technology creates a special working surface on the surface of ordinary materials, which has a series of functions such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, friction reduction, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, heat insulation, insulation, conductivity, and microwave radiation protection, so as to achieve the purpose of saving materials and energy.
